- Goods once sold from the website cannot be returned by any means.
- If an item is found damaged, missing or wrongly delivered, please send a snapshot and unboxing video of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at feedback@nutrisouk.com and call us on 97685 87685 within 5 days of receipt of the product. After investigating, we would ask you to send back the product and thereby we will send a new product as replacement or if a product is missing then we will send a new one. We will issue either a full refund, or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Kindly note that replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product.
- You can Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return. Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through Speed Post courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs as well.
- In case of refunds, the money will be refunded back to the source account that was originally used to make the transaction.
- It will take a minimum 7 working days to get a refund settled.
- If the product seal is broken. We will not refund, return or do the cancellation.
